All returns must be in store bought condition. For returns processed 45 days or more from the date of shipment, the return will not be accepted, unless an exchange is requested or available. Please fill in all information on the back of the packing slip that you received with your package. This includes any exchange information. Gift cards are an available refund option. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not accept COD returns.
